Eleganza will not be held responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged whilst in transit and the onus is on the customer to insure the items in his/her own capacity.
The courier fee must be paid in advance and does not include the cost of repair. In the event a quotation is refused, the courier fee and cost of quotation will be the responsibility of the customer.
No quotations will be given for repairs/assessments of items under R1000. Repairs will be done on receipt.
A 50% deposit is required on all repairs before repairs will commence.
Service and repairs can take between 4 and 6 weeks (Spares dependant). Overseas repairs up to 6 months.
There is only one official service centre in SA. All spares are from Switzerland and Alligator straps have to follow protocol.
Once a go ahead has been given and spares are ordered, it is not possible to cancel the authorisation.
Watches under warranty that is not accompanied by the guarantee card will be charged out for as per a normal service.
Repairs to be paid in full upon collection.
